How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders within India are generally delivered in 5-10 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors like public holidays or extreme weather. In some rare cases, it may take up to 2 weeks depending on product availability. For regions such as Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Are there any additional shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. If you haven’t received the details within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at support@atomicstyl.com.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?
We ship all our products through Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, and DTDC based on the delivery pincode.

What happens if the tracking details show the product as delivered, but I haven’t received it?
This is a rare occurrence, as products are typically received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, office mailrooms, or other individuals as directed by you at the delivery address. In legitimate cases, we will initiate a full refund after conducting a thorough investigation, which usually takes up to 10 working days.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner. After this period, it may be difficult for us to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.

All disputes are subjected to Kolkata jurisdiction only.

Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery at no additional cost for pickup. Exchanges are accepted in case of size issues. If you'd like to request an exchange, please submit a exchange request or notify us at support@atomicstyl.com within this period. We will arrange for reverse pickup, which typically takes about 1-3 business days. After receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check before dispatching the replacement.

  • If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, you will be required to pay the difference.
  • Products must have the original sticker label attached, be properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping. Exchanges cannot be processed if these conditions are not met.
  • Please note that only one exchange per order is allowed.

Return & Refund Policy
We ensure all our products undergo rigorous quality checks before dispatch (you can check customer testimonials for reference). However, if you receive a defective product (such as incorrect prints, cuts, or stains), please submit a return request or contact us at support@atomicstyl.com within 24 hours of delivery with proof of the damage, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that product colors may vary slightly due to screen resolution differences.
Since our products are made to order according to your specifications (including cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been processed. Super saver packs are not eligible for returns.

  • In rare cases, if a return is accepted (and the delivery was correct), a fee of Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup service costs due to recent logistics changes.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same bank account used for payment or to a bank account you provide.
  • Return requests can only be processed once per order.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us within 3 hours of placing it by submitting a cancellation request or emailing us at support@atomicstyl.com. This grace period allows us to accommodate changes to your order. After 3 hours, your order will enter production, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
We are committed to providing excellent service and maintaining a respectful and professional relationship with our customers. We do not tolerate any abusive language or behavior. If a customer makes an error, such as ordering the wrong size, color, or product, we will still maintain professionalism, but any abusive behavior will result in the termination of communication. We appreciate your understanding in helping maintain a respectful environment.
If a customer rejects the product upon delivery, Rs 150 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return shipping costs.

  • Used or Washed Products: Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.

However, please note that personalized or custom-made products (including items with user-uploaded designs or specific customization requests) are made especially for you. As a result, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds on personalized products unless they are defective.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect personalized item (such as printing errors or quality defects), please email us at support@atomicstyl.com within 24 hours of delivery along with clear images and order details. In such rare cases, we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.
