How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders within India are generally delivered in 5-10 working days, depending on the shipping address and factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, and more. In rare instances, delivery may take up to 2 weeks based on product availability. For regions like Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it is dispatched. An email will be sent with a tracking code and link to monitor its progress. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to email us at support@atomicstyl.com.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?
All our products are shipped through Bluedart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, EcomExpress, and DTDC based on the delivery pincode.

What if I want to exchange a product?
We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery, with no extra cost for pickup. Exchanges are only allowed in the case of size issues. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@atomicstyl.com within this time frame. We will arrange a reverse pickup, which typically takes 1-3 business days. Once we receive the returned product, we will perform a quality check and send out the new item. If there is a price difference between the original and exchanged product, you will need to pay the difference. Please note, only one exchange is allowed per order.

What if I want to return a product?
We take pride in the quality of our products, and each item undergoes thorough checks before dispatch. However, if you receive a defective product (such as incorrect or damaged prints, cuts, or stains), please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. You will need to provide proof of the damage, and we will promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please note that the color of the product(s) may appear differently depending on your screen resolution. Since our products are made to order and customized to your specifications (including cutting and printing), we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the order has been processed. Return requests can only be processed once per order.
